There you have the classic "Go Big or Go Home" I like the the Part wherein He Brings the 1st Amendment in to play. On the other hand SCOTUS has to have immunity to do what they do, there is no one to appeal to after they render a decision, except Congress passing a new law and the President allowing it to become law. In this case, that ain't happening.

SCOTUS already denied cert. There is nowhere left to go. Unless he wants to file ANOTHER lawsuit for THIS denial of cert.
