While stationed at Barksdale in La several times when I was Squirrel Hunting a Wild Sow with 10 or 12 Piggies ran me up a tree until the all of the babes moved out of sight. I was hunting with a .22 LR and didn't figure I'd do anything other than piss Mama Pig off, but I was very tempted to pop the littlest runt. It would have fit nicely in one of those oval Roasting Pans. Never saw her when I was Deer Hunting with my .06.

If it wasn't for your bad luck, you would have any luck at all?

CPT Jack Durish Well I usually got at least two Squirrels in a morning and I got a Deer every Deer Season...just no piggies.

I remember one night at Fort Polk a bunch of them running through out bivouac site grunting and looking for food.
