That is not true.That's because President Biden has added additional costs to oil exploration and higher fees. It's like a runner running with ankle weights and still being able to beat others in a race. President Biden purposely makes it harder for oil companies to make oil production with extra restrictions that doesn't allow for pipelines. Luckily, production is up even though you've actually have mature oil fields will become old and production will go down.
