Obviously ISIS needs to be eradicated but it's quite the thing to poke Vlad on the eye in his own backyard. Perhaps Russia's 'ghost' chickens have come home to roost. Er, er, a er!

And why not I ask, Brother Dale.? ISIS-K hates Russia and also the USofA. Will these same people be wondering about why ISIS-K has attacked the USofA when it does, and you know they probably will? Because that's what one enemy does, attack those they hate. Warfare 101.
