Moscow concert attack: More than 60 reported dead; ISIS claims responsibility

Several people reportedly burst into the Crocus City Hall, a large music venue in a Moscow suburb, opening fire and causing explosions that set off a massive blaze Friday night. At least 100 people were rescued from the building's basement. Russian authorities reported at least 60 people were killed and over 100 wounded. The Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the attack.

I’ve heard mention on the RP site, there are no coincidences. It is quite a leap to truly believe ISIS is responsible for this attack. The now retired Victoria Nuland was quoted as saying there will be surprises for Putin in the near future. The head of Ukraine’s CIA, HUR, Budanov had stated the war has now become asymmetrical, which means in essence non-conventional. Guerrilla warfare, insurgency, counterinsurgency, terrorism. The possibility of a Muslim attack remains but during Ramadan it is highly doubtful. Nuland was the first to threaten to destroy the Nord Stream pipeline and President Biden did say we could do it, and voila. This arrogance in speaking about classified information is a weakness and counterproductive.
