That looks a lot like the Irish stew I make. I have never heard of Potato-dulse dumplings. Thanks for the share. I think I will have some fish and chips for lunch and make Irish stew for dinner. The Chipper in Katy, TX has the best fish & chips I have found in the Greater Houston Metro Area.
