I don't know about this. I would figure both sides were negligent and it should be a wash. But juries are strange beasts and will probably side with the plaintiff.

I feel bad for the guy but it appears the preponderance of facts puts the majority of neglect upon himself.

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. - I thought I read that they had landed on a trail that was used by snowmobilers. So, I guess it falls on the landowner that gave them permission to land there. Sorry about that.
