Interesting that these juveniles cannot be named, shown, or even seriously mentioned - I wonder what makes them different from each of the white juveniles who have been accused in previous crimes.
Also, while we have names for the two adults charged with the actual shootings, note how carefully the media avoids photos or any mention of their ethnicity. I guess it's true that routine daily events just aren't "News"

Missouri has a law that the discipline, if any nor the names of juveniles under 18 cannot be named nor what happened to them in the court systems. I personally think it is outrageous that young kids have access to guns (BLAME THE PARENTS AND CHARGE THEM WITH THE SAME CRIMES THAT THEIR CHILD IS CHARGED WITH). Just say'n.

That is the correct charge. Although prosecutors do have a tendency to over-charge, especially in politically significant cases, first degree requires premeditation. An overzealous prosecutor might try to claim that illegally carrying a gun showed prior intent, but any competent jury should see that 2nd degree is the appropriate charge.
