Our Dad Was An Agnostic, But He Read The Bible Often, And Knew It Rather Well.
Although He Wasn't Much Of A "Believer", He Often Said: "It's A Great Book On Philosophy, And I Recommend Reading It For Others; It's Filled With Good Information About How We Should All Live Peacefully"
Then He'd Top It Off With " I Swear To GOD, I'm An ATHEIST"
