I'd be interested in seeing the clause in the Kansas Constitution that allows abortion. I am not anti-abortion, but I'm not pro-abortion either. But when the activists say something is unconstitutional, I want to see the text.

The health of an individual is, and always has been the responsibility of the individual. The medical profession will help you, with a fee, to get you over an illness or injury.
Insurance, purchased on the open market, will help you pay some of what you owe. There is a limit to what it will cover and pay for, but if you have health insurance, you can be treated and billed for whatever you went in to the medical professionals for.
It is not a god given right that every person gets healthcare.
You don't have to buy insurance, but if you don't you're just on the hook for more out of pocket for whatever ailed you.
Personal responsibility is a thing and it should be understood by all.
