Our governor and AG both have little feeling for not only the US Constitution, but the state's constitution as well.

Good. I will refuse to comply as well if it comes to my state of residence.
Canada tried this and the 'spreadsheet' became unusable. Hopefully, the disobedience will quash the law out of existence.
