Landmark Supreme Court Case Could Upend Jan. 6 Prosecutions

We can only hope, but that's a bad plan.

I really hope the Supreme Court finds in their favor Brother Dale. These Jan.6 trials have been so much of a kangaroo court, and they need to be put in their place, all of them.

In my view, what is going on over the last four plus years, is a political assassination of a President and escalating the leading conservative Presidential Candidate assassination by politically castrating this candidate from head to toe with every department within the DOJ! In my 81-years I have never witnessed anything like this political behavior... If the political system can do this to a former Presidet, they can do this to any citizen in the United States... and scares the living hell out of me... Not so much me, but all of our children and grand children and even our great great grandchildren if there is any part of the U.S. left...
