For my family we still serve basically the same meal I remember from my youth. The only change for us is my Mother made dressing with Bread Crumbs, after being in the South for many years we make Southern. Cornbread Dressing.

We have a blended version of what we both grew up with. Both of us gave up some things but the end result is what we all loved the best. Menu hasn't changed much in 50 years, but stuffing is still the favorite side, and yes it's stuffing because we do stuff the bird.
