Thank God & thank our founders for the US Constitution & for free speech. Now, I'll exercise mine...
1. I'd like to know how the author defines "a traditional Christian pastor"?
2. Is there some issue in organizing Christians for January 6th? I'm a Christian and I was there. I attended based on an invitation from my POTUS to support his efforts in stopping the steal. The FBI attempted to intimidate me by forcing me into an interview with them. I suppose I'm on a list now. The FBI and other government agencies have been weaponized against WTP, and especially against anyone who identifies themselves as a Patriotic American, or ProLife, or Christian. I didn't arrive that day on a church bus; I arrived on a motor coach full of patriotic militiamen. And we were peaceful.
3. I'm curious to know what role "Christian extremism" played in efforts to fraudulently overturn the 2020 election and fuel the attack on the U.S. Capitol. Most people who I know, Christian or otherwise, regardless of political party, believe the 2020 election (as well as some before & after 2020) were tainted with fraud. No judge has allowed the evidence to be heard, until very recently. No, it wasn't about 2020 (they still refuse to hear that evidence), it was November 2023. Read it here: https://americanmilitarynews.com/2023/11/video-judge-overturns-election-after-democrats-caught-ballot-stuffing/ ... Interesting that a Democrat judge overturned a Democrat mayoral primary election in Bridgeport, Connecticut, due to surveillance video footage that revealed individuals stuffing multiple absentee ballots into ballot drop boxes. But, NO, nothing to see here. No evidence of election fraud. We have the safest elections in the world, right? Keep believing the lies. But the truth is, WTP's goal is to overturn a fraudulent election. The author has those words conveniently twisted to suit their narrative.
4. I'm also curious about "Christian extremism" fueling the "attack on the U.S. Capitol". Well, I give someone credit for finally dropping that ridiculous "insurrection" word. The FBI had so many paid informants at the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, that it lost track of the number and had to perform a later audit to determine exactly how many “Confidential Human Sources” run by different FBI field offices were present that day, a former assistant director of the bureau has told lawmakers [per NY Post]. Most people I know believe that it was the FBI - not Christians - who fueled the attack on the Capitol. 5. Pray tell about a "network of religious leaders who have advocated to end or weaken the separation of church and state." Do you realize that the use of the phrase "separation of church and state" by the secular left is only a myth in the context that they rhetorically spew it? Today, people believe that the phrase “separation of Church and State” is in the First Amendment of the Constitution. But in the First Amendment the Constitution says, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.” The famous separation phrase appears nowhere in that Amendment, nor in the Constitution. The people who flippantly use that phrase are not interested in the actual truth of the matter.
6. Tell us about your fears of Christianity playing "a more dominant role governing society." For God's sake we Christians are called to be model citizens. We are told to bend over backwards to honor the king or be obedient to the civil magistrates. That doesn't mean a slavish obedience to the civil magistrates. There are occasions on which Christians not only may but must disobey the civil magistrates. However, anytime a civil government requires a Christian to do what God forbids, or forbids them to do what God commands, then the Christian must disobey. Our basic posture toward government, according to the New Testament, is to be submissive and obedient citizens of the state. We are also given the duty of praying for earthly governments that they may fulfill the tasks God has given to them. The author should hope & pray that more Christians played their proper role in governing society. It would be do society's benefit, because God would honor their efforts.
7. Is the author saying that Christianity "taken to its extreme — as it was by some adherents on Jan. 6th — embraces anti-democratic means to achieve their end"? First, the assertion implies that Christian Republicans attempted to overthrow the government. Interesting how that crowd of nearly a million "warriors" left their weapons at home. Riddle me that? Were they awaiting DJT to arrive as their caped crusader so that he could slay the rogue government with mean tweets? Please realize, however, than many Americans believe that the current "POTUS" was selected - not elected. If true, domestic enemies are lording their wishes and whims over us - tyrannically. And those of us who took the oath to support and defend against such enemies, would likely be justified in removing the treasonous actors from their stolen positions. Is that not what the oath commands us to do? Yet, you did not see that plan implemented on J6.
7. "Johnson's rapid elevation to the height of power in Washington gives allies of this movement --who also boast close ties with presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump --direct lines to leaders of the Republican Party." LOL! The domestic enemies fear and attempt to intimidate. They literally falsely imprison their political enemies using their 2-tiered system of "justice." These domestic enemies formerly schemed in the shadows, doing their evil deeds behind closed doors and/or in the dark of night. Today - they've shown not only their hand, they've shown their faces. Woe is them! This Christianity they fear has a Leader named the Great I Am. He laughs at their wicked nonsense. He remains on His throne. And He will crush them before tossing their worthless souls into the flames of hell.
It's not too late this side of death to surrender to your Creator. He loves all. However, He will not tolerate unconfessed sin and withhold His wrath forever. Seek Him while He may be found. [John 3:3].

MSG Stan Hutchison - So, I provide you with 12 minutes of audio/video of Democrat lawmakers denying elections and you blindfold your eyes and stick your fingers in your ears? If you achieved the rank of MSG, I suspect you know how to complete an internet search. Look up CNN, MSNBC, PBS, WaPo, one of your favorites, so that your ears are tickled by their slant. Don't expect me to provide you with something from those communist/marxist sources who indoctrinate worldly fellows like yourself. Or, you can do what they train you to do: deny & deflect.
