Soldiers Unpaid: National Guard Hasn't Paid Out Thousands of Enlistment Bonuses

Well, this is just the icing on the cake. The services expect you to uphold your end of a contract, but won't do the same on their end. That's crap. Why would you reenlist when you know they won't take care of their end.
