Unfortunately, having the bulk of the federal bureaucracy located in D.C. has created a liberal groupthink bubble. Liberal/progressive/democrat bureaucrats end up rubbing elbows with themselves and largely only themselves, at and away from work.
We should stop trying to drain the swamp and just relocate the swamp critters to dozens of hubs across the nation.

My husband said the same thing in a conversation last week...why should the Bureau of Land Management for instance (90% of what they manage is out west) be in DC for instance Maj John Bell And how many Indian tribes are in DC?
