We (The United States) keep sending Military ARMS to Ukraine to assist them in fighting off Russia!!! We are at war! We do not physically participate in the ground, air, or see, battles, that is left to the Ukrainians... but yet we are at war, a PROXY war with Russia... At some point this is going to backfire on us and it is not going to be good! What happens when China finally makes its move to wage a take over war with Taiwan? Yep, we are going to get caught up in it and Russia will assist China against Taiwan and the U.S... Just speculating here, but it is how I see this rolling out... Comments?

100% agree. Our strategic reserves are being depleted and we already were at a point where we were unable to sustain a multi-front war because of cut backs. Now we are ramping up production to support a country that isn't a NATO signatory in a proxy war and still not replacing what we need to be able to cover national defense.

We are not doing this to help the Ukrainians, we are doing this to help the military-industrial complex. Plenty of jobs for US citizens while Russia and Ukraine duke it out and the longer the war goes the more money is made.

In the process, we sell them what we need to be able to protect ourselves. Russia has been the proxy war champion for decades all over the world, now we have taken over that role and it isn't cheap.

I'm not in favor of this for two reasons. First, Ukraine is not a keystone to our security. It's not even a brick in that arch.

Second, the Biden administration has ebmnsured through its sanctions, that the next American president who does a 'Grenada' or a "Just Cause" type action, will be met with the same sanctions we put on Russia.

Not to mention that Ukraine is governed by a dictator who jails his opposition. Some democracy. Where's Lt. Col. Vindman when they need him? . . .

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. He's sitting by the phone waiting for MSNBC and CNN's phone call to appear. The phone has yet to ring.

He joins the long line of useful idiots like Cindy Sheehan, who's value to the party dried up.
