If it was dismissed then it would be slanderous to accuse him of said crime.. Considering you don't have a conviction to prove your claim true.

SSG(P) (Join to see) the presumption of innocence implies that without a conviction.. You can not prove truth to a solve the cause of action in the suit to slander.

SSG(P) (Join to see) essentially you are accusing him of a crime and you don't have a ROY to demonstrate this conviction... Other than slanderous innuendoes.. What evidence could you possibly demonstrate?
