Seems like just yesterday I was reading that Alito is an unethical far right activist ideologue who will do anything to scorch liberals, Constitution be damned.
So imagine my surprise at finding out he sided with the Biden admin, and canceled the lower court's injunction, at least for now.
Seems like maybe, JUST maybe, Alito is willing to give the admin the benefit of the doubt. Maybe Alito actually rules on things according to the law and the Constitution, not personal ideology or vendetta.
I know, I know. Shocking concept.

MAJ Montgomery Granger
One would hope ALL Supreme Court Justices rule in favor of what is or is not CONSTITUTIONAL. This order merely sends the issue back to a lower court, where the ruling will allow contact, but not prior restraint. The Biden regime obviously stepped over the line, the question is, what will the punishment be?

MAJ Montgomery Granger I was commenting on the recent hit pieces I have seen basically calling Alito a Conservative scumbag who needs to be kicked off the court because he won't let Biden do whatever the hell he wants.
As far as this particular case goes, there will be no punishment. There never is. Just a "stop doing that, dummy."
Even when SCOTUS said no, and Biden did it anyway (twice now with eviction moratorium and student loan debt), there is no punishment. Just back to court, wasting more tax dollars.
