I will wait until the investigation is complete. As for the demonstration of sex...Texas doesn't guarantee you a spot in jail with your DECLARED sex; what you get is what sex you physically are.

PO3 Justin Bowen - That could have been taken care of years ago. Actually it should have prevented you from military service, as a possible forged birth certificate.
Which leads me to wonder if your account is only here to cause issues. You only seem to comment on LGBTQ ..... issues, probably a scam account that will need investigated.

PO3 Justin Bowen - And actually I do know a person with both sets of genitalia. And I'm very good at biology. It's a real science, just as the nonsense of the multitude of genders is a real science that has its history in psychiatric journals. It's not real, but it's been studied as a mental disorder.

PO3 Justin Bowen I do know something about biology. Yes, that situation of unclear genitalia exists but it is very unusual. The mental health confusion is much more frequent

Another he said, she said argument. The courts will decide the outcome, but people need to learn to respect the police. This person is a teacher. What would he think if someone flipped them off while teaching a class?
I don't feel bad for this guy/gal at all.

People absolutely do not need to learn to respect the police, at least not if you believe in the Constitution. It is Constitutionally protected speech, that particular gesture towards the police has repeatedly been ruled as such. The officer had a duty to uphold that person's exercise without using the power of his office to try and chill it or even worse, retaliate against it. Our society's dedication to free speech can easily be measured in our government's reaction to unpopular speech and criticism of the government and its representatives.

The left has gone way too far of their abuse of the police. Those people are doing a job that you couldn't/wouldn't do.
Someone flips me off and they get their ass kicked. It's a sign of disrespect and it has no business being directed at someone that you weren't involved in the situation with.

PO3 Shayne Seibert - I get it, but it is the job of the police to be the adults in the room. If an officer is losing their cool because they feel someone disrespected them, I would be amazed if that didn't show up in other ways in their interactions with the public. If they can't control themselves, they probably don't have the right temperament for policing and even worse are a ticking time bomb and danger to the public.

Just to be clear I've never flipped off the police and treat them with respect in the few interactions I've had with them. :)
