Clearly things have changed now that Cadet Command is running CST themselves.
Back in my days at Fort Knox the US Army Training Center Armor was responsible for CST. It was always the absolute Number One Priority on the entire post before and during the time those 'Young Gentlemen' were on Fort Knox.
