Its sad to read about Clifford Sims. I hate to read about a soldier or Marine Throwing himself on a grenade or other explosive. He is a hero and deserves his medals but I just can't wrap my mind around someone doing that. I served as a grunt in Nam and couldn't do that. I guess he's a better man than me. May God Bless Him and May He Rest In Peace.

CPT Robert Madore - Where abouts did you serve Brother Robert? I was down in the Delta and we used to land medivacs on my riverboat sometimes. We worked with the 9th Inf. I truly thank you for whatever you did to help me get home alive.

PO3 Edward Riddle - Central Highlands, West to Anh Khe, South to Buon Ma Thuot, North to Da Nhang, East to Quy Nhon was the area I covered in Vietnam, July '68 to July '69. I was an aircraft commander at age 20.

CPT Robert Madore - I was there May '68 to April '69 throughout the Delta to the South China Sea and Cambodia. I turned 20 in October so I am very proud of your accomplishments as an Aircraft Commander at that age, but not surprised after knowing what they had us doing at such an early age.
