Even if they are successful at replacing this "guys" male organ there is no way to reverse everything. Transgender surgery can't get you back to where you started. I suspect there will be a lot of sorry people like this one that they messed with their birth gender but won' admit to it.

I feel empathy for this person, but whoo boy...he's found out about the laws of unintended consequences. The (pardon the pun) hard way.
