1) He is innocent until proven guilty. If he actually did it, throw away the key. He's 64, he can go ahead and die in prison.

2) That being said, even if proven guilty, the slant here is ridiculous. He's a Democrat donor, that means all Democrats are bad. To strengthen our insinuation, here is a COMPLETELY unrelated case about a guy on the other side of the country who had sex with dogs. He is a Democrat donor, too!!!!

3) The irony of Dems blaming climate change is not lost on me. But hanging this on Democrats, as this article attempts to do, is no different than folks who decided Trump was racist because racists supported him.

I agree with you Charlie but the headline is peculiar. How many times have you seen the political party of choice listed in reference to someone who starts a fire? Over three years this guy donated a total of $1,775 and that is enough to cite him as a Democrat donor? Most of us give more than that to our church in one year. Have you ever seen a headline say, "Christian (Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist, Muslim, Jew) arrested for starting massive fire Democrats blamed on climate change"?
