These things never end. Affirmative action and government set asides. Now reparations, then partial ownership of private businesses etc. The perpetually offended are never satisfied.

They don't pay the reparations to Asians either who were used and abused in the American West from mid 1800s onward. Citizenship not allowed;women from the Philippines could not immigrate, but men could; conditions for Chinese who worked laying railroad tracks were little more than slave labor conditions.

SPC Lyle Montgomery - Just a small point of clarification. Blue cities elect blue mayors. Blue states are merely unfortunate to have the majority of their population living in blue cities. Generally, rural and suburban areas are red and must suffer the consequences of their urban neighbors' poor choices

CPT Jack Durish calling them leftist or stupid anarchist types. They get offended by everything and they just want to shut you up. Nothing like the mainstream moderate Democrats of the 1960s that believed in freedom of speech.

LTC (Join to see) - I was a Kennedy democeat but somewhere things flip, floped Now ,for years I'm a conservative republican. John Kennedy, with all of his problems was the last good democratic president. These extreme leftist that we have now, Oboma and Biden arent worth a damn.

LTC (Join to see) - I was never a great fan of JFK. Still, I credit him with the good he did. I am a fan of President Truman, and registered Democrat when I turned 21. Then I discovered that I had no great liking for either party. Still don't. The GOP promises the right stuff, but never delivers. The Dems promise the wrong stuff and deliver. Thus, I used to register with the dominant party wherever I lived so I could vote in the "real" election. If the Dem was going to win, I wanted to have a say in which Dem. Same in those places where the GOP dominated. Now, I cannot ever imagine myself voting for another Democrat, not under any conditions.

Sad thing is they have already been bailed out by Biden's covid relief bill and now they are already nearing bankruptcy again. So where are they going to get the money.
