I remember both COLs when they were LTCs at Fort Riley, I served under LTC Meredith (Male) and the environment was not the best. It would seem the consequences of their actions finally caught up to them.
It's a shame the system lets leaders come this far before they are removed from position. The damage has been done. How many promising future CSMs and LTCs did we lose because they got out as SGTs and CPTs under their leadership? We'll never know....

Strong assertion SSG. Unfortunately, this will be dismissed as "what can you do?" More bureaucracy is the only answer I can think of... A new agency, similar to IG, that investigates their prior actions against their subordinates in an attempt to make amends. Nothing, however, prevents that new agency from becoming exactly like the thing it was created to repair. We need a fresh approach.
