Based on the lives she touched negatively, it's not long enough. Full restitution may be hard to determine - how do you assign a value to the disabled vet that paid for her 'monthly deductibles' and probably prevented him from spending that on quality of life items.
How about the potentially loss of life that could be mitigated if she hadn't taken the slot in the therapeutic veterans art program?
She needs to also pay punitive damages to all those that were affected by her actions before seeing the light of day after her six years in prison.
