It certainly appears as if he lied to Congress on at least a couple of occasions.
Pretty sure that's a crime. Also pretty sure that is just the tip of the malfeasance iceberg, but probably all that will be provable without a SERIOUS investigation. Which I am positive DoJ (read: ultra-partisan Merrick Garland) has ZERO appetite for.
