Honoring CMDCM(SW/AW) Dee Allen, USN

Before retiring, Master Chief Allen served as the Command Master Chief at U.S. Fleet Cyber Command/U.S. TENTH Fleet. Master Chief Allen’s biography follows:

Master Chief Allen is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She enlisted in the Navy through the delayed entry program as an undesignated Seaman Recruit. Upon graduation from Recruit Training Command, she was selected to attend Cryptologic Technician Administrative “A” School in Pensacola, FL.

Master Chief Allen was then assigned to the National Security Agency/Central Security Service as the Administrative Assistant to the Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Deputy Director of Telecommunications. She then reported to NSGA Misawa, Japan where she served as Leading Petty Officer and Captain’s Writer. She then transferred to NSGA Hanza on the island of Okinawa, Japan where she served as the Administrative LPO, Captain’s Writer and Assistant Legal Officer.
