Have you seen any "homemade" license plates? I've seen a couple of cardboard ones with the owners in discussion with police on the side of the road...

I have heard they walk among us, I guess this is more proof they drive among us too.

We see that daily here..apparently, using your blinker is considered sufficient regardless of which side you have the blinker on and where you intend to turn
