Totally agree with you. When we fix Spam musubi at home, I have a 5yr old granddaughter that will separate the parts and eat them individually. First the seaweed wrapping, then the spam, then the rice. We probably fix it every two or three weeks, even though we live in the mid-west.

Nothing wrong with SPAM. I like to add pepper and grill it over charcoal. Add some white rice (Nishiki brand) and you have a delicious meal. Only suggestion I have is to buy the low sodium version. It tastes good and it is a little bit better for your conscience and health.

Right on about the low sodium. They were out of the regular stuff so I bought some. Turned out I liked it better.
