Holy crap! The really big picture is 44% of all spending is done by a government entity. And yes, I know there will be those who'll say Trump spent like this too. I'm sure his administration did, but there are no numbers in this story to compare.

Governments are spending way too much and it has to stop.

They brought back the dreaded earmarks. Also, look at the inflation reduction Act was a disguised climate change bill with 320 billion plus dollars going for climate change probably to bribe other countries to change over from cheap fossil fuels. Al Gore was bragging about it last week in Davos Switzerland. Democrats say one thing and do another. Look at the inflation reduction act wish no Republican voted for also had the $75,000 IRS agents and new taxes added on. The latest 1.7 trillion dollars had a few Republicans vote for that latest budget but it also has a lot of pork in it and it's going to cause inflation to kick into high gear later this year.
You have all kinds of weird ideas coming out of democrats. That's why you lost the Arizona senator who was Democrat and she went independent and I wouldn't be surprised that Senator Joe m a n c h i n of West Virginia goes independent too because I like how Senator Kennedy of Louisiana calls Democrats today as left of Lenin. They would be considered moderate or middle of the road Republicans today.

That 44% was in 2021, when the economy was still recovering from the pandemic. The higher level of spending was an attempt to stimulate (which it did) an economy that was down. So, a temporarily high numerator and a temporarily low denominator makes the number look high. That's an anomaly based on spending levels passed under Trump (with a Democratic House and a Republican Senate). Everyone owns that, so I'm not surprised that Kudlow left out that factoid (when he was the Director of the National Economic Council no less). Historically it has hovered in the 30s, and that's lower than most developed countries. That's still too high (IMHO), but context, historical norms, and comparatives matter.

I just heard a video of Senator Joe Kennedy from Louisiana saying they are not going to cut Medicare and Social Security but yet I see a video from Senator Bernie Sanders saying just the opposite. It is all scare tactics!

Remember comma Republicans only have 49 seats in the Senate so how in the heck is this going to pass? It's just Scare Tactics from Democrats again.

Here's the example of Heinrich Himmler in the man in the High Castle when Nazis took over the USA in 1947 after nuking Washington DC. Here Heinrich Himmler is present at the destruction of the Statue of Liberty and his warning about revolutionary elements that should be eliminated which reminded me of President Biden during his m a g a threat speech.

Start listening to this video at the 45 second Mark and you'll see the similarities between Heinrich Himmler and the alternate reality and president messed up Biden in the current reality.

He doesn't know sheist from Shinola about economics and finance. The Republicans that do will not cut Social Security and Medicare but will cut out all the pork and waste and subsidies that are keeping 8 million people at home watching TV and playing video games instead of working.
