On Monday, we heard from bicycle safety instructor John Schubert, who advises cyclists to ride in the car lane with traffic as a safer alternative to hugging the curb on the right side.

I've been biking three times a week for three decades. I have found a route with much less traffic. More and more drivers are doing so distractedly.
