So weird... It's like the EXACT SAME THING that Trump did just a few years ago with the Active Duty Army. Except of course, when it was the Army it ended in massive morale and discipline issues, suicide attempts, a mass exodus of Soldiers leaving the Army from those units, and a few ARMYWTF posts. When the TXNG did it, they actually had several suicides and drug problems.

BTW, I deployed to the SW boarder under President Bush. It's a pretty common thing over the past 40 years or so.
