Personally, I believe this is going to fall in the category of too little too late. I believe this example shows what happens when people get lazy and wants everything done for them, and there are a bunch of politicians (Progressives) who are only too happy to give away other people's money to gain the power they crave. When they run out of other people's money, and we look around, we find that we were turned into China and Russia.

I agree with eliminating bail, but in my plan they stay in jail. If you are in jail the chance of you breaking the law again while on bail is zero. The chance of you getting another DUI while on bail is ZERO, the chance of you raping another person, or robbing another gas station or spitting on the f ing sidewalk is ZERO. So...No wait, they just want to turn the bad guys loose... I guess, that if they did that here in my state, since we have Concealed Carry AND we have the Death Penalty and are not afraid to use it, that if we did away with Cash Bail, then we could lower the court time for repeat offenders, because we would just shoot them and no more problem.....
