Sadly, it gotten to the point where we can't believe a word that comes out of a Progressive Democrat's mouth. Their will say and do anything, proven by their actions here, to destroy people they disagree with.

Can Perjury charges be brought against her for falsely testifying? Why can't those Senators that can be directly linked to the protests and false testimonies be centered or worse?

Because of the interpretation of Article 1, section 6. With all the protections in today's society this is truly a section that needs to be eliminated so politicians can't lie to the American Public the way they do. Unfortunately, they will never remove this Article because it protects them when they lie to us. How sad.

The speech and debate clause of the Constitution is more limited than the First Amendment. Only legislative speech by Congress members is protected from lawsuits under the clause.

Lt Col Charlie Brown This woman needs to get some serious prison time for this but my guess is it will be swept under the carpet. I suspect (but obviously can't prove) that she was paid by the democrats to conjure up this lie to discredit Judge Kavanuagh.
