Great solution, use a person's last name. We did in in our service all the time. This teacher was persecuted for her beliefs. The school needs to go to a standard identification that keeps all the stupid games the Left plays out of it. The "last name" is perfect.

There's usually a compromise that can be reached and going to one where you refer to a student as "Ms. Smith" or "Mr. Smith" sounds like an easy one.

COL Randall C. - I agree but with how crazy Progressives are going these days I see problems with any pronouns; therefore, they just need to be eliminated. These people will take exception to anything that is said. Give them what they want, and they will change what they want. Using only a last name no one is offended. Sometimes it's just best not to play the game when people are acting like children. MHO
