People need to be very careful with narcan. It blocks opioid receptors and can produce dysphoria, tachycardia, and hypertension, it is not benign. You have opioid pain receptors and natural occurring opioid pain modulators. The natural occurring pain modulators are also block causing dysphoria and other responses to extreme pain.
