Exclusive access to data needs to be prevented for any company/person as it invites abuse. Any official proposing such a deal needs to be discharges as quickly as possible. We need true civil servants who are professionals in positions of responsibility like this. Unfortunately, these days most government organizations have been taken over by hacks that only think about themselves. MHO

SFC (Join to see) The first thing that came to me, they will get all the information they want for free, or close to it, then turn around and charge a arm & leg for people to use it, especially service members & Veterans.

SPC Gary C. You hot that right. To be responsible the military leadership needed to develop a systems/procedures where many approved companies can work with this data that insures privacy and gives the military the last say on any vaccines, procedures, or other proprietary information/inventions developed. If a company doesn’t agree, out they go. A system like this can be made to work.
