This was an intresting read. Bob Kalsu exemplified how a leader should be. I served at the same time in Nam but only as an 18 year old infantry grunt north of FSB Ripcord. We had good officers and NCO's we all got along. Im sure that Bob Kalsu was well respected by his men. He is the type of officer respected by all. It's too bad that he died so young.
