America runs on coffee, that is an essential item that can't be done without. That should have top priority without any delay is supply availability or limits. To ration such a badly needed item borders on criminal ! How can people be expected to function without coffee ?

They can't but I'll admit when I was flying I didn't drink coffee on the day of the flight. It made me pee, and while it can be done it was a pain in a small cockpit. I figure lack of coffee made me mean, which in that occupation was probably good.

Many militarys are heavy coffee consumers. If you could corner the world’s coffee market, you could RULE THE WORLD! Lol

Pvt Gomer Pile During the Age of Sail, sailors received daily rations of rum. I suspect Russians get some vodka rations.
