Yes it does. Even though this events are anecdotal, the bad behavior by people need immediate sanctions . This has to be addressed,

As ex Law Enforcement it sickens me to see people like Golubski giving us all in the field a bad name and worse to see that Department protect him.

Sweeping under the rug. A honest person gets arrested on the spot and police get a review. The cops need to pay out of their own pocket. Not having tax payers paying to the perp
