Most know their WWII history pretty well - or at least up to the point of the breakout into Germany itself across the Rhine. But this is a battle that occurred that some may know pieces of - or nothing at all on. Taking Vienna - even in April 1945 - was a monster task for the Red Army. Excellent historical read!!!!!
