This reminds me of Putin's newest tack of deliberately destroying energy infrastructure in Ukraine. So, Ukraine will freeze this winter, along with most of Europe, made worse by this malignant little toad's latest war crimes against civilians.

There will be a reckoning for this evil man. I only hope I live to see it.
