Michigan’s Proposal 3, on the November 2022 ballot, is formally called the “Reproductive Freedom for All” amendment (which attempts to codify Roe v Wade into the state constitution), but there is more to this proposal than abortion rights. It would, for example, grant children the right to seek puberty blockers without parental consent. Actually, if Proposition 3 is approved, Michigan will become one of the most (if not THE most) radical abortion and sterilization places in the United States (and world). It will be instantly regretted by many if passed.
About Proposal 3:
*Permits abortions up to (and likely beyond) nine months!
*Allows minors to be sterilized without parental consent (or knowledge)
*Removes health standards for aborition facilities
*Permits minors to have sex change procedures without parents consent (or knowledge)
*Eliminates legal liability for those performing abortions or anything else
*Eliminates statutory rape
*Allows ANY person to transport a minor without parental consent (or knowledge)
Michiganders, please encourage everyone you know to VOTE NO on Prop 3. Even if a voter is for a woman’s “choice”, Prop 3 goes way beyond that, it deals more wiith destroying the rights of parents over their minor children, then abortion.

That is our primary intent as conservative voters.
Our top three officials in this state (Governor, Attorney General, and Secretary of State) are leftest extremists who run outside the law with the Governor creating her own law as if she were a legislator, necessitating suits brought by the state Senate to the Michigan Supreme Court where they were determined to be unconstitutional.
She is not nearly as popular as the media would suggest and it will be a good day when all of them are gone.

If prop 3 passes, my daughter and her family will be leaving the state. The law is too vague and open the door to years of legal battles to clarify the vague nature of the proposal. That path of legal clarification will leave a wide swath littered with bodies and destroyed lives.
