This violates the 14th Amendment and is not appropriate of a free nation. These people have been imprisoned for almost two years without a trial. They are US Citizens...sounds more like they were taken prisoner in Russia or China.

Definitely sounds like Russia ma'am, at least the Gitmo prison is free of rats, and far better weather Lt Col Charlie Brown
