I don't judge people by their color...so I guess that makes me a racist...

Issue with "colorblindness" is implied ignorance of history. Different minority groups faced different types of wrongful bias during the past and still do during the present. Saying I don't see color is wrongfully saying that previous instances of societal racism are irrelevant and that meritocracy exists when it does not.
