“Cons” do stuff like that. OH State Pen had a con who would write bad checks and live it up - and be resentenced for the same crime. Maj Robert Thornton

Well I suppose when all you have to worry about is coming up with schemes like this it pays off in the long run. He appears to have some amount of business sense, a shame he decided to be a criminal. Does say something about the old fashioned way of doing face to face business at some point though.
