If supposed well trained regular troops are getting their butts handed to them what are these 300,000 new barely trained recruits Putin is wanting going to do?

When You send untrained troops into combat and death on an invasion of another country Who is standing up to defend themselves and can't even stand up to the Ukrainian Military maybe Putin should pull His head out of His backend and withdraw. The lack of success and just throwing numbers of troops to be killed though is nothing new for Russia and has NEVER been for any legitimate cause but outright greed and attempted power grabbing. (one of the exceptions being invaded themselves by Germany in WWII ) It seems Russia and it's military failure finds it easier to target unarmed civilians than Ukrainian military Troops they can't seem to take on in combat. That it seems stinks of War crimes by Putin.

And many in the local population in Russia don't support this war. Apparently many who are veterans are leaving the country to avoid a recall.
