The communication aspect is greatly needed with modern tactics but I am also concerned with Communication Breakdowns and/or Blackouts. Troops need to be able to operate in those types of arenas also.

What is to stop it from being jammed, during battle? the BER of digital forms of communications degrade much faster than analog methods.

This vehicle should expand their ability to maneuver in different environments as in the Marines everyone is a rifleman
